Earlier this week, a judge compelled Kari Lake to hand over documents in an ongoing defamation case, citing the MILLIONS of dollars that her nonprofit, Save Arizona Fund (SAF) used to inflate her lies about the 2022 election .

The complaint highlights Lake's use of the fund to bankroll lawsuits aimed at overturning the 2022 election results. Despite raising and potentially spending millions, SAF has yet to disclose its finances to the IRS.

MSNBC's Vaughn Hillyard shed light on the issue:

Stephen Richer, a Republican Maricopa County recorder who managed the 2022 election count, has filed a defamation suit against Lake. Richer alleges Lake falsely claimed he facilitated election fraud. The court order now requires Lake to disclose how much money SAF raised post-2022.

We could be looking at millions that were allegedly used for travel and other expenses, reminiscent of Donald Trump's activities post-2020. These revelations are crucial as we edge closer to the upcoming election.
