We've been sounding the alarm for weeks about attempts by Georgia's Republican-leaning state election board to advance rules undermining the 2024 presidential election.

One of their recently proposed changes would allow election officials in the state’s 159 counties to “arbitrarily” REFUSE to certify election results.

The good news is Democrats are SUING -- seeking a ruling to make it clear to MAGA-leaning election officials that they do not have authority to delay or refuse to certify election results without just cause.

As a reminder, former President Trump lost Georgia by over 10,000 votes in 2020 before his attempt to overturn the results with claims of voter fraud. No evidence was found, but that's not stopping him from literally cheering on Georgia's Elections Board for doing his bidding ahead of November 5th.

It's highly unusual for rule changes to occur so close to the election, and it could throw the election into utter chaos unless they are stopped.
