This Saturday, August 31st is our most important deadline of the election. That’s because we have to write our checks to our SEEC climate champions after Labor Day so they have the funding before the busy election season.
Our SEEC members Marcy Kaptur (OH-9), Emilia Sykes (OH-13), Susan Wild (PA-15), and SEEC Chair Matt Cartwright (PA-8) are counting on OUR SUPPORT to win their extremely competitive toss-up races!
This is an all-hands-on-deck moment, John. We are only $7,005 away from the goal we set in order to write checks to all of our most vulnerable members, but there are only 3 days left until our deadline and we need YOUR help to close the gap on our goal.
These candidates are running in some of the most competitive races in the country (they have all been named as “toss-ups” by the Cook Political Report) and they are counting on our support to help them fight back against millions of dollars that are being spent against them by Big Oil and Gas special interests.
Thanks to your help in 2022, SEEC PAC was able to re-elect over 95% of our pro-environment members to the U.S. House of Representatives — defying the odds on a night where Democrats lost seats.
