If you haven’t noticed, career politician Marc Molinaro will say anything to get re-elected.

In 2022, he promised folks across Upstate New York that he wouldn’t vote against abortion rights. Then he went to Congress and voted against abortion rights – not once or twice, but 13 times.

1. January 2023 – Molinaro voted to block the Women’s Health Protection Act to restore Roe v. Wade into law nationwide.

2. January 2023 – Molinaro voted for a bill that could throw doctors in jail for providing abortion services.

3. July 2023 – Molinaro voted for an amendment to prohibit the Department of Defense from covering costs related to servicemembers forced to travel to receive an abortion if stationed in a state that bans abortion.

4. July 2023 – Molinaro voted for a bill to prohibit the Department of Defense from covering costs related to servicemembers forced to travel to receive an abortion if stationed in a state that bans abortion.

5. July 2023 – Molinaro voted against repealing the provision to prohibit the Department of Defense from covering costs related to servicemembers forced to travel to receive an abortion if stationed in a state that bans abortion.

6. November 2023 – Molinaro voted to block an attempt to protect funding for Planned Parenthood.

7. December 2023 – Molinaro voted to block a bill to protect the right to an abortion and ensure every American has access to abortion care.

8. February 2024 – Molinaro voted to block a bill to protect the right to an abortion and ensure every American has access to abortion care.

9. April 2024 – Molinaro voted to block a bill to protect the right to an abortion and ensure every American has access to abortion care.

10. May 2024 – Molinaro voted to block a bill to protect the right to an abortion and ensure every American has access to abortion care.

11. June 2024 - Molinaro voted for an amendment to prohibit the Department of Defense from covering costs related to servicemembers forced to travel to receive an abortion if stationed in a state that bans abortion.

13. July 2024 – Molinaro voted to block a bill to protect the right to an abortion and ensure every American has access to abortion care.
