͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌Team,

Earlier this year, the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that frozen embryos were children, putting access to in vitro fertilization at risk.

Families undergoing IVF treatments were forced to stop immediately. Clinics closed their doors. Legal experts couldn’t say what this ruling meant for the future of IVF — it was chaos.

Fast forward to today, IVF is still under threat in Alabama:

As extreme Republican state governments continue to target access to IVF, clinics operating under these threats are moving their embryos elsewhere and weighing their limited options to continue helping patients start families.

It shouldn’t be this way, and that’s why we’re fighting to support access to IVF across the country.

Will you pitch in $10 today to help support progressives working in Alabama and states like it so that we can put an end to the assault against reproductive health care? [[link removed]]
