John, I haven’t been this confident about Florida in a long time.

At the DNC, I told you that fighting against climate change is patriotic. Today, I’m reminding you that fighting for Florida is patriotic, too.

Because, John, when I walk the streets of Central Florida, I see the American dream everywhere.

I see it in immigrants who came here for a better chance, parents who are creating new opportunities for their children, and a new generation of organizers who are working every day to flip Florida.

They are who we’re fighting for.

So I don’t care what anybody says. Florida’s not too red. And the fascists do NOT speak for us.

But make no mistake, John – this fight isn’t won yet. The far right will spend tens of millions of dollars to defeat us. If we take anything for granted, we’ll lose.
