That’s why we need a climate debate during the Democratic primary, because this crisis deserves the center stage. Yesterday, I joined activists with the Sunrise Movement during their protest at the DNC. Many of these young kids are the same people who’s advocacy helped catapult the Green New Deal to the national stage.

Ro Khanna

Just a few days ago, we had to come to you for help. The team put in place an ambitious $25,000 EOQ goal, and honestly, I was a little skeptical that we’d be able to make it.

That’s not because I don’t have faith in people like you — it’s because our campaign does things a little differently, and that often makes it harder to raise money. Without special interests or corporate PACs, funding this campaign is a challenge.

Honestly though, we wouldn’t have it any other way. Losing some fundraising is a small price to pay for the independence Ro has as a progressive leader — he only has to answer to you.

But thanks to small-dollar donations from folks just like you, we’re already halfway to this EOQ goal! Will you join your fellow progressives, and make a small donation of whatever you can afford to Ro today?

Running a campaign free of corporate influence is priceless — it allows Ro to stand up for a foreign policy that has international peace at its core, ensure every American has access to care through Medicare for All, and win new clean tech jobs with the Green New Deal.

Thanks for taking a moment to listen, and thanks for all that you do. We’ll never stop fighting for the America that we all deserve.

In solidarity,
Cooper Teboe
