Two Democrats are advancing to a runoff election for Tulsa mayor this November — guaranteeing the seat will flip blue!

They both were up against a Republican candidate endorsed by U.S. Rep. Kevin Hern, an election denier who voted against certifying the 2020 election results.

This is a huge step forward for Oklahomans and proves that when local organizers have the resources to pursue their goals and increase civic engagement, they can achieve anything — including electing a Democrat in a state many write off as “ruby red.”
