Hey John, it's Maurice.
We sent out a survey over the weekend to get feedback from our members on the current political moment. We’ve gotten a TON of responses so far, but I wanted to reach out personally and make sure you had a chance to share your thoughts too.
And unlike a lot of the "Official Surveys" that fill up your inbox, our team actually reads through each and every result.
So please, take a few minutes real quick and share your thoughts on Kamala Harris, the Presidential race so far, and the most important issues in this political climate.

Your answers to these questions help keep our movement accountable to YOU.
Members like you are the lifeblood of the Working Families Party. And we do our best work — fighting every day for working families — when our finger is on the pulse of our membership.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

John — since our last monthly member survey in July, a whole lot has happened in the political world.
Before we head into the stretch run of the 2024 campaign, we wanted to take a moment to get caught up with you.
Can you take our quick August 2024 WFP Member Survey to share your thoughts on Kamala Harris' campaign and the current political moment?
To get started, here's the first question:
1. On a scale of 1 (not at all excited) to 5 (very excited), how excited are you about Kamala Harris’ campaign for President of the United States?
1 (not at all excited)
2
3 (neutral)
4
5 (very excited)
Last week, VP Kamala Harris officially accepted the nomination for President at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago and shared her vision for our country.
We were also proud to see the voices of so many WFP champions lifted up all week long.
That includes voices who inspired us from the convention stage — like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rep. Jasmine Crockett, Rep. Maxwell Frost, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, Sen. Bernie Sanders, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, and others.
And it also includes those who made their voices heard from off-stage, like the courageous delegates from the Uncommitted Movement and Georgia State Rep. Ruwa Romman (you can read the remarks she was prepared to deliver to the convention here).
All week long, we've heard their perspectives, and their commitment to our strategy of blocking the far-right and building working class power.
But to keep our movement accountable to the people we’re fighting for – people like you – we also need to hear from our grassroots supporters. Our monthly member pulse survey takes only a couple of minutes to fill out — and your responses matter each and every month.
Can we count on you to take our August 2024 Pulse Survey now? Your thoughts matter deeply to us as we head into the final 10 weeks of this election season.
