Newsweek published a Jill Stein
ballot access map yesterday that we just had to send to you because
it’s so WRONG (see above). Even after getting the actual states where
Jill will be on the ballot from our Campaign Manager, they still
managed to completely fail at journalism. The map in their article
left out more than two dozen states where Jill will be on the
ballot!
We are used to mainstream media
ignoring us and, in the rare cases they report on us, it’s to try to
shame people into voting for the parties of war and Wall Street (aka
their advertisers). But this goes beyond egregious. We asked for a
correction, but in the meantime, we need to show the doubters that
we’re still getting on state ballots across the country. So we’re
asking our supporters to step up for our efforts in the last two
states where we still need to wrap up ballot access: Rhode Island and
Kentucky.
The good news is that if everyone who gets this email
donates just $1 or more, we will raise enough to reach our goal and
prove Newsweek even more wrong.
This could be our final
ask to pitch in for ballot access, but we do
need every single person to donate what they can today.
