August has been a great month for our campaign, and I wanted to share some highlights with you — and to say thank you. If you would like to support my campaign, you can click here >>

First, we won our Democratic primary! I’m so grateful for the grassroots support, and it’s an honor to be your Democratic nominee for Congress again. Two years ago if you had asked me if I would ever get elected to Congress I would have said no. I am always in awe of our team, our movement, and of all of your support. Thank you.

Earlier this month, I also received an “A” on the Defend The Vote Scorecard for my work protecting voting rights in Congress. They even made a report card to show my track record! Republican efforts to disenfranchise folks stops with us – I’ll keep fighting to make sure everyone, no matter your zip code or identity, is empowered to make their voices heard at the ballot box.

And finally, of course, I was at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago with my team, where Democrats made history by formally nominating Kamala Harris – the first woman, the first Black woman, and the first Asian person to be the Democratic nominee for President!

With all this excitement, my team has set a $10,000 August fundraising goal, and I’m hoping you can chip in to help us. Every dollar counts, and I’d be so grateful for your support!
