Our top priority is slowing the spread of COVID-19. Consequently, we canceled all in-person campaign events for the foreseeable future and are relying on digital outreach. We appreciate your support during this challenging time.

Hi there,

I'm now facing three Republican opponents who condemn my work defending the Constitution and stopping the Trump administration's threats to our health care, environment, and civil rights -- and we have a major fundraising deadline tomorrow.

Not only are my opponents self-financing and fundraising aggressively -- they're getting outside help. Conservative talk radio hosts are essentially providing free negative ads with lengthy rants calling me "dangerous," "despicable," "disgusting," and a "lawless thug."

The eventual Republican nominee will be supported by the corporate-funded Republican Attorneys General Association ("RAGA"). RAGA is already reserving millions of dollars in television advertising across the country to elect more Republican AGs who will be in the pockets of corporate special interests. RAGA wants to buy this seat to eliminate a leading consumer advocate and watchdog holding the Trump administration accountable to the rule of law.

We're up against our end-of-month fundraising deadline tomorrow at midnight. RAGA will assess our strength based on the fundraising numbers we report.

We need just 225 more donors before midnight tomorrow night. If you're able, please make a contribution here: [link removed]

I can only fight back with your help. I don't accept corporate donations -- I rely on grassroots support from individuals like you.

Thank you for being on my team,
Bob
