Tell Congress they must protect ALL workers >>
Fight for $15

John,

A $1,200 check isn't enough. Sure, it helped me make rent and get some groceries, but after that – how will I make ends meet? It feels impossible.

But things are even more impossible for some of my fellow workers who have undocumented family members who won't receive a $1,200 check – and might not receive any help.

The federal government considers many immigrant workers "essential workers," but the Trump Administration blocked millions of immigrants from receiving the support they need to survive this pandemic, while making no guarantees that they won't be deported for doing essential work.

Congress is deciding this week what the next COVID aid package will look like. Call and tell them the next relief bill MUST include protections for ALL workers: 877-851-2521.

Immigrant workers, including undocumented workers, are made to be invisible in this country, often working multiple jobs to support their families, while staying just out of reach of the Trump Administration.

That invisibility comes at a price: In the face of a global pandemic, these workers have been excluded from emergency relief bills, putting their lives on the line.

This is what injustice looks like. #ProtectAllWorkers means ALL workers, not just those born here.

We won't back down until our demands are met:

  1. Protect the health and safety of ALL workers.
  2. Ensure job, wage, and economic security for ALL workers.
  3. Invest in public services, not big corporations.
  4. Invest in an economy and democracy that work for ALL.

States are already leading the fight. In California, the governor set up a $125 million fund to support members of our community left out of the national bailout.

It's time for Congress to deliver justice to ALL workers.

Call your representatives: any relief package you vote on MUST include protection and support for our undocumented communities: 877-851-2521.

In solidarity,
