There are 10 weeks to go until Election Day!  For the next 10 weeks, we need to talk with voters about the stakes for this election—and the importance of re-electing Lizzie and Democrats up and down the ballot, from Vice President Harris, to Colin Allred, and many more across the state and across the country.

We can do this.  After all, we’ve done it before!  In 2018, Lizzie flipped this district and delivered a key win to take the House majority.  And together, we helped send Lizzie to victories again in 2020 and 2022.

We know those types of victories require a far-reaching coalition and that’s what we’ve been building since 2017!  We’re so glad you are a part of it.  

We’ve loved meeting up with people all across #TX07 in August, and we are ready for September!

We are working closely with the Texas Democratic Party and volunteers in #TX07  in anticipation of the on-the-ground work we have ahead of us.  If you can help us get out the vote in the coming weeks, we’d love to see you!  Labor Day is the traditional start of campaign season, and we are ready for it!  Sign up here to volunteer with us and we’ll reach out with upcoming opportunities!

Our Mobilize page is up and running with different types of field events so you can choose how to participate in a way that makes the most sense for you and your schedule: 

• On Wednesdays, we’ll be holding phone banks to talk to our neighbors about making plans to vote in this November’s election. 

• On Thursdays, our team will be hosting postcard-writing parties.

• We’ll be canvassing the district every Saturday and Sunday between now and November 5th, knocking on doors and leaving door-hangers with voter information for our neighbors. 

We hope you can join us at some (or all!) of these activities and help us make an impact on this critical election.

Also, there are important election dates and deadlines coming up in Texas!

October 7: Last day to register to vote in the November 5 election

October 21: Early voting begins

October 25: Last day to apply for a ballot by mail
