August 26, 2024 – 70000-1773-TK-24 and 70237-8-TK-24 (Record No. 17661) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice that Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC (CenturyLink QC) has filed an amended Interconnection Agreement (Agreement) with Zayo Group, LLC, f/k/a 360Networks (USA) Inc., (Zayo) for the State of Wyoming, and requests Commission approval pursuant to the provisions of 47 U.S.C. § 252(e)(1) of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. The parties’ terms and conditions for the FCC Modernizing Unbundling and Resale Requirements Amendment to the Interconnection Agreement were filed on August 9, 2024.

August 26, 2024 – 70000-1774-TK-24 and 62042-25-RK-24 (Record No. 17663) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice that Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC (CenturyLink) filed to enter into a Type 2 Wireless Interconnection Agreement (Agreement) with Gold Star Communication, LLC d/b/a Silver Star Communications and requests Commission approval pursuant to the provisions of 47 U.S.C. § 252(e)(1) of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. The parties’ terms and conditions for Interconnection was filed August 12, 2024.

August 26, 2024 – 70003-221-TK-24 and 62042-26-RK-24 (Record No. 17664) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice that CenturyTel of Wyoming, Inc. d/b/a CenturyLink (CenturyLink) filed to enter into a Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) Agreement (Agreement) with Gold Star Communication, LLC d/b/a Silver Star Communications and requests Commission approval pursuant to the provisions of 47 U.S.C. § 252(e)(1) of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. The parties’ terms and conditions for CMRS was filed August 12, 2024.
