My opponent, James Marter, is a self-serving extremist MAGA Republican who lacks the courage, compassion, and ability to lead. Period.

I'm also unafraid to meet the needs of working families in IL-14 and nationwide with the urgency, tenacity, empathy, and resourcefulness required.

I understand the gravity of the position I hold and I take my duty to the people seriously. That's why you don't see me trying to start fights on the House floor or force ideological conspiracies for political gain.
