There are now just 4 DAYS LEFT to reach our monthly fundraising goal for August.
That’s just four days to raise the funds we need to not only continue operating my Senate campaign at full speed, but also to push back against the barrage of attacks coming from my opponent.
I’m so proud of the progress we’ve made together so far.
All of our hard work has led us to this moment. With less than 70 days until Election Day and just 58 days until Early Voting begins, NOW is the time to ramp up our campaign and reach even more Marylanders.
It’s Gov. Hogan. I’m reaching out with an important message ahead of August’s critical fundraising goal.
In just ONE WEEK, the clock will strike midnight and we will close the books in August.
The only reason we’ve been able to get ads on the air, cover the cost of gas so we can travel the great state of Maryland to meet with voters and share my message, and so much more is because of people like you.
Like many Americans, I am sick and tired of politics as usual.
You turn on the tv and all you see is the partisan bickering devouring the news cycle.
It seems like far too often, politicians would rather stick with their party or their personal careers over the wellbeing of the people they are meant to serve.
I for one have had enough. I’m ready to get to Washington so we can get to work for Maryland and America. I’m ready to put an end to the partisan divide and force Washington to actually focus on getting things done for the people.
Winning this race isn’t going to be easy—neither was winning my race for governor.
But I know with people like you on my side, it is possible.
When I launched my campaign for the U.S. Senate, I did so with a deep resolve to maintain the leadership style and principles that guided me during my eight years as governor.
Fifty years ago, my father, Maryland Congressman Larry Hogan Sr. made a tough decision. He became the first Republican to come out for the impeachment of President Nixon. He put aside party politics and his own personal considerations and stepped up to do the right thing for Maryland and the nation.
Today, Washington is completely broken because that kind of leadership and willingness to put country over party has become far too rare. But it’s not in my nature to sit back and watch the dysfunction continue without doing what I can to roll up my sleeves and get to work.
I’m under no illusion this will be an easy road. But I’m no stranger to uphill battles, and I know I can’t do it without your support.
I don't aspire to be a United States senator. I don’t need a title and I don’t need a job, but I’m more concerned than ever about the direction of the country and I have become more convinced that I can make a difference by taking the approach and style of leadership I had during my eight years as governor to Washington.
It’s no surprise this mindset has made me a target of the Washington partisans. Despite early polls showing a lead, I know I’m the underdog in this race. And that’s why your support TODAY is so crucial.
For eight years, we proved that the toxic politics that divide our nation didn’t need to divide our state, and we got results! Let’s get back to work again and send a message to Washington that will be heard loud and clear across the country!
