I'm writing to invite you to casework office hours hosted by my staff at my Huntley office at 11187 E Dundee Rd, Suite 101. These office hours will take place by appointment on Thursday, September 12, and Saturday, September 14, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
If you are a resident of the 11th Congressional District and you are dealing with a federal agency such as the Social Security Administration, the IRS, or the VA, my office may be able to help you get the information you need or help resolve any issues that you may face. While we cannot guarantee you a favorable outcome, we will do our best to help you receive a fair and timely response to your problem.
20-minute appointments with a member of my staff will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in making an appointment, please fill out this form. Once you have submitted your request, my staff will reach out to schedule your appointment.
