Exciting news, John: We just launched our first campaign ad on television across CT-05 and online.
Be one of the first to take a look, and consider adding a $10 donation to help us keep it running for as long as we can.
In the Hayes household, service is a lifelong commitment that my husband Milford and I share and demonstrate on a daily basis. As a law enforcement officer for 27 years and a teacher, a National Teacher of the Year, our household shares common values with yours — the values that we are all better when we work together and care for our neighbors. I have been fighting for the last six years in Congress:
Fighting to keep guns out of our schools.
Fighting for safe drinking water for our kids.
Fighting for more investments in our communities.
Together, Milford and I have been through the same things as so many families across CT-05. Our experience stands in stark contrast to my opponent, who has worked at Aquarion, a billion-dollar water utility owned by Eversource, for more than 30 years in multiple director-level positions and as a company lobbyist. For me, it’s about service to others.
John, I know that if we have the resources to take our message to every community through November 5, we will win this election.
But these resources do not come cheap. Every dollar of your $10 will help me defend this seat so we can take back the House. Will you take 30 seconds to watch our new ad and pitch in?
The communities Milford and I have spent years serving have inspired our work. Now, hearing your stories and experiences on the campaign trail inspires me every day to continue serving as your advocate in Congress.
Thanks for watching, and contributing. Let’s win this thing!
With gratitude,
Jahana
