John, while kids are getting excited for the start of the school year, extremist group Moms for Liberty is preparing for their next round of attacks on our education system – with their sights set on Florida.
Ron DeSantis had a roster of 23 endorsed candidates lined up to destroy Florida’s public schools – and Moms for Liberty had their backs. But we’re not going to let them succeed. Will you donate $5 or more before midnight and help us meet our $15,000 back-to-school fundraising goal and fight back against Moms for Liberty?
They’re hell-bent on recruiting a horde of extremists to run for our school boards who’ll spread their radical ideology, ban our books and harass teachers and students.
But we’re fighting back and winning big – with 7 out of our 11 Run for Something school board members either winning their races or moving on to general elections despite Ron DeSantis and Moms for Liberty’s attempts to take over Florida’s education system.
Success stories like these are all thanks to our 50 State School Board Strategy: a first-of-its-kind effort to recruit and elect young progressives who will stop Moms for Liberty from destroying our children’s education. |
