This Thursday, a Hamilton County Common Pleas Court judge is expected to decide on whether Ohio’s 6-week abortion ban law can move forward.

You might be wondering how that’s possible, considering we passed Issue 1 last year to protect abortion rights in our state constitution, team. Since then, Attorney General Dave Yost has been arguing that parts of Ohio’s abortion ban should remain in force.

Now the decision is with the courts. So, how can you help?

What we can’t do is sway the judge’s decision. What we can do is vote in November to flip the Republican-controlled Ohio Supreme Court and elect a majority who will PROTECT the rights we fought for.

Let’s re-elect Justice Michael Donnelly and Justice Melody Stewart and elect Judge Lisa Forbes so they can put a stop to GOP attacks on our abortion rights. Will you chip in to our Judicial Fund right now?
