Last Tuesday, a Democrat party official filed an original action with the Wisconsin Supreme Court, seeking to remove Jill Stein and the Green Party from the presidential ballot. 

On Friday, the Republican Party of Wisconsin filed a motion to intervene. And today, we won.

Today’s decision is a win for democracy and fair elections. For years, Democrats have silenced and disenfranchised Wisconsin voters by removing inconvenient candidates from the ballot. This time around, their undemocratic schemes have failed. If Democrats hope to win over voters, they will have to do so through earnest persuasion instead of disqualification.
