On this day 104 years ago, women finally gained the right to vote with the ratification of the 19th Amendment.

It's Women's Equality Day – specifically 104 years since the 19th Amendment, which recognized women's right to vote, was enacted.

Since then, we've made huge strides. Gaining access to birth control. Women being allowed to serve in combat. Colleges admitting women. Banning sexual harassment in our workplaces.

But for the first time in history, we are moving backwards – women are LOSING our rights.

In 2022, we lost the right to abortion care. And we've seen the devastating impact of that. 12-year-old girls forced to give birth. Pregnant patients turned away from ERs, pushed to the brink of death before they can get proper care.

And if this wasn't bad enough, Republicans' Project 2025 would make things even worse. Enacting a national abortion ban, (with or without congressional approval). Banning birth control and IVF. Even ending no-fault divorce.

I risked my life on the battlefield to protect these basic freedoms. Now, I am a second-class citizen in the country I fought for.

I'm running for Congress because I refuse to let Republicans drag us back all the way back to 1919. Will you make sure we flip this House seat, defeat my anti-choice opponent, and move our country forward by pitching in $19 or more to my campaign?

Thanks for being in this fight with me as my co-pilot,

Ashley
