Dr. Jill Biden would be thrilled if her husband Joe offered the vice presidency to Michelle Obama.
Joe Biden agrees that Michelle would be a great choice, saying of the former first lady, “She’s brilliant. She knows the way around. She is a wonderful woman.”
Though Michelle Obama has not yet responded to either Biden publicly, one Biden confidant summarized the situation like this: “If she engages, God help Donald Trump, because she’s tough as nails and enormously popular.”
