Please know that I never take your support for granted. Grassroots supporters like you are why we were able to flip NY-22 blue in 2018, and I’m grateful to have you in my corner for the rematch we’ll face against Claudia Tenney this November.

But even though we defeated Tenney last time around, our margin of victory came down to barely 1%. If we’re going to pull off another razor-thin victory in November, we need to hit every fundraising goal ahead of Election Day.

At last check though, we’re behind on our fundraising for this month. We need to raise $2,522 before tomorrow’s April deadline to catch up -- if you can spare a few dollars, will you pitch in to our goal?

We overcame many hurdles in order to win in 2018: A far-right incumbent funded by corporate PAC money, DC insiders spending millions to buy votes, and negative advertising trying to smear my name.

This year isn’t going to be any easier. With Donald Trump on the top of the ticket in 2020, there’s an additional hurdle in our path to victory: The president won our district by 15 points and could mobilize voters to support our opponent.

Every dollar we raise before tomorrow’s end-of-month deadline goes directly toward funding a winning campaign strategy. If you’re able to, I hope you’ll consider chipping in any amount to my ultra-competitive re-election right away.
