Rachel Hunt is a Senator, lawyer, and mother. She dedicated her professional career to defending the rights of women and children and even served as a Lillian's List Board Chair! After helping break the supermajority in 2018 by winning one of the most competitive legislative races in the state, she has been a steadfast champion for reproductive rights in both the NC House and Senate. We can't wait to elect her as NC's next Lieutenant Governor this November, along with all of our amazing Featured Candidates.

We know last week's DNC got everyone fired up and ready for this critical election season. Let's keep the momentum going and remember that we must elect women who are champions of reproductive freedom all the way up and down the ballot this November. Protecting our access is not only critical for the people of NC, but for the entire South as the majority of our neighboring states have passed total or almost total abortion bans.
