New Art Exchange

New Art Exchange is the largest art centre in the UK dedicated to culturally diverse arts, with free entry to exhibitions and events.
Across the venue’s three gallery spaces you will see an ever-changing series of exhibitions showcasing the work of world-renowned British and international artists. 'Pick Your Own' Sunflower Experience & Maize Maze

This year, along with the thousands of sunflowers and maize maze, there will be pick-your-own potatoes, gladioli and courgette, and a beautiful wildflower meadow!
Come and stroll through acres of sunflowers, take pictures at the different photo opportunities, and pick-your-own produce. Venture into the maize maze and explore the wildflower meadow. Little Schnauzer Coffee Company will be serving the most delicious food including paninis, crĂŞpes, home-made cakes, ice-cream and hot and cold drinks, including seasonal favourites.
The experience is now open and runs for several weeks.
Escapologic

The Workhouse & Firbeck Infirmary

An action-packed family day out is on offer at The Workhouse and Firbeck Infirmary this summer. Look around the 1824 Workhouse that was designed for 160 inmates, who lived and worked in a strictly segregated environment.
After your interactive tour inside the building, families can take part in the Summer of Play games set out in the gardens and stables. These include hula-hooping, a sensory tunnel, Hexa hoops, beanbag throwing, and for those who are feeling more active, there's badminton, a 50m racetrack and much more! The Summer of Play runs until Sunday 1 September.

Visit Sherwood Forest, the home of the legend of Robin Hood, for a fabulous woodland walk as the season begins to change.
Savour the rich colours and keep your eyes and ears open for the wildlife in Nottinghamshire’s only National Nature Reserve and one of Europe’s most important Ancient Oak landscapes.
Nottingham Arts Theatre

Nottingham Arts Theatre is an educational charity, dedicated to transforming the George Street building into a vibrant community theatre for Nottingham residents. The venue features a 270-seat auditorium with a proscenium arch, an intimate 50-seat studio theatre, and a bar offering a variety of refreshments.
Throughout the year, a diverse programme of plays, musicals, concerts, and the beloved annual pantomime is presented by both amateur and professional visiting companies. Additionally, the theatre provides adult and youth education in drama and singing. Nottingham Arts Youth Theatre, based at the venue, extends educational opportunities to young people across Nottingham.
