Exciting news! Ranked choice voting is set to be discussed on NPR program 1A early this week! 1A is a radio show and podcast hosted by public radio veteran Jenn White which features topics on American politics and culture. Their upcoming segment on RCV will ask the question: “Would you like to change to a ranked choice system for local elections or races for Congress? Why or why not?".
We encourage you to contact 1A (see how below) so you can share your experience using RCV, your hopes for using RCV in the future, and your thoughts on why RCV is one of the best and biggest steps we can take forward together as a democracy. How to make your voice heard
There are two ways to contact NPR with your thoughts and questions on RCV. One is to call in to 855-236-1212 and leave a comment. Another is downloading the "1A VoxPop" app (free).
