Government censorship in America is at its
most extreme in an election season.

Government censorship is at its most extreme
when there is a perceived "panic" - an outbreak of war, pandemic,
or economic crisis.

The government censorship threat level is
high now and could be even higher soon.

That's why you and I need to act to defend
free speech right now.

Nobody is safe from the censors - which are
often private platforms but pushed by the government to silence
their users.

Remember when Senator Rand Paul's YouTube
channel was banned for accurately noting that cloth face masks
are worthless?

Remember when Ron Paul was locked out of his
Facebook account for "violating community standards?"

Countless Americans - especially
free-thinking patriots like you and me - have similar
experiences, and worse.

Just last week, the popular YouTube channel,
"Judging Freedom with Andrew Napolitano," was blocked from
publishing content on the platform for a week. Fans of the show
didn't know what happened until it was over.

And these are hard bans, where the user is
informed of the adverse action.

Even more sinister is "shadow banning" -
where users are simply restricted, entirely or partially, from
appearing in search results and feeds.

Their reach is choked - and there's nothing
they can do about it - and they usually don't even know.

, Big Tech didn't dream up this speech
killing madness all on their own. They had help from their Deep
State pals.

This has been going on for years, and
Congress has done nothing to stop this fraud.

That's why it's so critical we demand
Congress strengthen our speech protections and pass a Digital
Freedom Act.

The proposal is simple: a federal law that
would ban any federal funding of any offices or programs
(government, academic, or corporate) that rate, target, censor,
throttle, or seek to take adverse action against individuals or
groups based on their viewpoints in public forums or social
media.

And it's especially critical we press
Congress to defend and restore free speech online because many in
Congress would silence us even more.

Democrats AND Republicans have expressed near
unanimous support silencing their political opponents . . . and
have even voted to do so on legislation that excited their own
base.

Of course, saying you support "free speech"
is meaningless if you don't support it for speech you dislike.

But that is precisely what the First
Amendment is all about.

And now, with an election looming before us,
you can bet your political speech will be under fire like it
hasn't been in four years.

The American people remain indifferent to the
attack on their basic freedoms and liberties at their own peril.

Scott Ritter is a former Marine intelligence
officer who criticizes U.S. foreign policy. On August 7, the FBI
raided his home, on the pretext that he was a "suspected Russian
agent." Here's how he put it:

[If] you allow yourself to sit back passively
while the U.S. government attacks free speech and a free press in
the name of countering Russian disinformation, you are remaining
passive in the death of America and all it stands for. . .

If you are a pro-gun advocate, you're next.

And no one will be there to defend you.

If you are pro-life, you're next.

And no one will be there to defend you.

If you are anti-vaccination, you're next.

And no one will be there to defend you.

Don't be silent. Now is the time to speak out
and DEMAND your First Amendment protections.
