But we need to re-focus our attention on the task at hand: Flipping the U.S. House and defeating Donald Trump.
That’s why we are launching our Post-Convention Fund. Our goal is to take the energy from this week’s convention to raise funds to help flip our House Majority blue. Donations to this fund will fuel our mobilization efforts in the California swing seats that will determine control of the U.S. House. Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi said something remarkable during the Democratic National Convention. Did you hear about it, John?
She told a reporter that she believed Democrats were on track to take back the U.S. House (hooray!) but we would NEED to flip seats in California in order to take control back.
Her expert political assessment confirms reporting from election forecasters, media outlets, and even Republicans that control of the House of Representatives will come down to California.
That’s why we are working to hire more organizers, open more regional offices, and reach every single undecided voter.
And we will be able to do so much more if we can hit our $20,000 goal for our Post-Convention Fund. We want to be fully funded before the banks open again on Monday, will you pitch in?
