John, I'm reaching out because we’ve still got a long way to go to defend the Senate this year. Our majority is truly razor-thin, so I need to know:
Is there anything I can say to convince you to lend a hand and chip in $5 (becomes $15) to protect our critical Senate majority?
What if I told you that my Republican colleagues in the Senate are doing everything they can to roll back our progress if they take back the majority?

There are countless reasons why we need to defend the Senate, but I'll just end with this: The opposite of love isn’t hate, John, it’s indifference. It’s inaction.
