Elise Pens OP-ED: Women Are Better Off With Trump In Office

On Monday, RealClearPolitics published an op-ed from Elise titled “Numbers Don’t Lie: Women Thrived Under Trump, Suffered Under Harris.” Elise’s op-ed highlighted the stark contrast in leadership between President Trump and the Biden-Harris Administration and how women and hard working families were better off under President Trump’s policies.

“The median income for women increased every year during the Trump administration, reaching the highest on record in 2020. Real average weekly earnings increased 8.2% under President Trump yet decreased 3.9% under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. The unemployment rate for women overall and for black women in particular reached a record low during President Trump’s term. In 2019, the workforce participation gap between men and women shrank to the narrowest in history. President Trump’s economy made history with the most women in the workforce ever…

Talk to any woman in America and there is no question that inflation is a women’s issue. Since Kamala Harris was sworn in as vice president, prices have risen by 19.4% – making it increasingly difficult for women to provide for their families. Women are the majority of grocery shoppers, and grocery bills have skyrocketed, forcing many Americans to cut back on essentials. A single mother of two in Nevada had to sell her car to afford groceries under Biden. A mother of two in Michigan had “to think about putting gasoline prices before buying my kids clothes” because of Kamala Harris’ tie-breaking vote for Biden’s radical green energy agenda.’”

Warren County GOP Meet the Candidates Event

On Wednesday, Elise was in Queensbury for a Meet the Candidates event hosted by the Warren County Republican Committee. Around 100 voters turned out to hear from Elise and her fellow Republican candidates who are focused on winning this November's elections to deliver real results!

Elise stated –

“Thank you to the Warren County GOP for tonight’s Meet the Candidates event at the Queensbury VFW! Honored to run on a strong GOP ticket up and down the ballot in #NY21! Energy and momentum are on our side as we sprint for the next 75 days to Election Day! #NY21 is proudly Trump Country! 🇺🇲”

Elise Joins Mark Levin on Fox News

On Sunday evening, Elise joined Life, Liberty, and Levin to discuss how Democrats serve the most Far Left branch of the party with the radical Harris-Walz ticket. The nominees have an ironclad record of supporting socialist wealth distribution policies and programs that would crush hard working Americans who are already struggling to balance their budget.

St. Lawrence County GOP Golf Tournament

On Saturday, Elise joined the St. Lawrence County Republican Committee for their summer golf tournament in Canton. At the reception, Elise addressed an enthusiastic crowd of supporters and volunteers who are motivated to deliver the North Country for President Trump and the Republicans this November!

Elise Slams New York State Court of Appeals’ Unconstitutional Decision

On Tuesday, the corrupt New York court system failed to honor over 150 years of constitutional precedent instead choosing to side with radical Far Left Albany Democrats to change the rules for absentee voting, essentially blowing the doors wide open for possible corruption and election meddling.

Elise stated –

“New York's court system is so corrupt and disgraceful that today's ruling has essentially declared that for over 150 years, New York’s elected officials, voters, and judges misunderstood their own state’s Constitution, and that in-person voting was never required outside the current legal absentee process. The court disgracefully claims to know the constitutional framers’ intent more than they did, disregarding the framers’ understanding, prior constitutional amendments on this issue, and constitutional interpretation norms as “not relevant.” It's never been clearer: the only path forward to Save New York is to get commonsense New Yorkers to swamp the ballot box and vote Republican up and down the ballot and rid ourselves of New York's politically corrupt Democrats.’”

Elise introduces the Modern Firearm Safety Act

On Wednesday, Elise and Representative Darrell Issa of California introduced the Modern Firearm Safety Act to subvert gun grabbing Democrats’ state-level initiatives to deny their residents’ Second Amendment rights. Specifically, this bill would outlaw handgun rosters and certain physical modifications which dramatically increase compliance costs for firearms dealers and makes the right to bear arms unaffordable for many Americans.

Elise stated –

“I am proud to introduce the Modern Firearm Safety Act to put a stop to the unconstitutional gun-grabbing agenda pushed on law-abiding American citizens by Far Left Democrats like Kathy Hochul. My legislation would ban Albany Democrats from imposing illegal handgun roster requirements meant to deter gun ownership. I will always stand up for our Second Amendment rights and provide a critical check to any entity attempting to encroach on their liberties.’”

Mike Haridopolos (FL-08) Primary Victory

On Tuesday, Mike Haridopolos won the Republican primary election for Florida’s 8th Congressional District. Elise endorsed Mike because he is a proven America First conservative who will stand up to the Radical Democrats’ agenda in Washington.

In a post on X, Elise stated –

“Congratulations to my good friend [Mike Haridopolos] on his BIG WIN in the #FL08 primary!

The hardworking families of Florida’s 8th district are excited to have Mike represent their #AmericaFirst values when he joins our House Republican Majority in January. I look forward to working with Mike in the 119th Congress to #SaveAmerica! 🇺🇲”

Columbia Refuses to Punish Students For Breaking Into Hamilton Hall With Pro-Hamas Mob

On Wednesday, the House Committee on Education and the Workforce revealed that nearly two dozen Columbia University students remain in good standing with the school after being arrested breaking into Hamilton Hall with the Pro-Hamas encampment. In the spring, Columbia declared that these students would face expulsion and suspensions. The fact that Columbia refuses to punish even its most egregious disruptors proves that its moral rot extends far beyond its former president.

In a post on X, Elise stated –

“The refusal of [Columbia’s] leadership to discipline students involved in the unlawful pro-Hamas mob which terrorized Jewish students and community members is an egregious failure of moral leadership.”

Elise Tours JMA Wireless with Brandon Williams

On Friday, August 16, Elise toured Upstate NY’s JMA Wireless alongside her colleague Brandon Williams from NY-22. JMA Wireless is the only American-owned 5G wireless manufacturer and is the most significant investment the Syracuse area has seen in decades.

Elise Pays Tribute to Saratoga Philanthropist John Hendrickson

On Monday evening, news broke on the sudden passing of John Hendrickson, President of the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame in Saratoga Springs. John and his late wife Marylou Whitney were renowned in the community for their philanthropic efforts and their dedication to the racing community.

Elise stated –

“Incredibly sad news. John was a friend who will be dearly missed by so many. He deeply loved Marylou, Saratoga, the Adirondacks, and was a proud patriotic American. My heart goes out to his family and friends.’”
