Never get too set in your ideas of what is "possible"
Would you have ever thought an oil-rich nation like Venezuela would face
gasoline shortages? Shortages of food and other supplies - that makes
sense to me. But fuel? It's why the country was among the world's
wealthiest before it fell.
But Jose writes that they are indeed facing shortages of fuel. No
gasoline means no crops. No crops mean no food. People in Venezuela will
die by the thousands unless extreme measures are taken.

This is so mind-boggling that it made me think of other people - the
ones who say Selco's work is good but the things he describes could
never happen in America. Look at us now, with 75% of our population
unable to leave home. It's positively delusional for people to think this
won't devolve at some point. And yet they do.
During a crisis, things you'd never imagine can happen - and that is why
Venezuela has no fuel. Let me know what you think in the comments.
