USO Supporter,
Thank you for your continued support as we celebrated the 234th anniversary of the Coast Guard and honored our wounded and fallen heroes on Purple Heart Day.
With summer coming to an end, we are entering a critical period where your support is needed more than ever. As children of military families head back to school and more service members are being deployed to the Middle East, your commitment makes a tangible difference.
Here are just a few ways your contributions have been making a real impact for those who serve:

USO Entertainment Tour Brings Inspiration to Alaska
|
Olympians Red Gerard and Hailey Langland joined Paralympic champion and Navy SEAL veteran Dan Cnossen for a USO tour to remote military installations in Alaska. Highlights included lunch at Fort Greely, a tour at Eielson Air Force Base where Dan explored an F-16, helicopter tours and a yoga session at Fort Wainwright. The tour was an inspiring and uplifting experience for the military community in Alaska, and the Olympians were deeply moved by their resilience.

Carolina Panthers Meet Military Children at USO Grafenwoehr
|
The USO recently hosted a unique event with the Carolina Panthers at USO Grafenwoehr in Germany. Players, cheerleaders and Panther mascot Sir Purr led a flag football and cheerleading clinic for more than 100 military children at the Vilseck High School football field. The Carolina Panthers players also participated in a Meet and Greet for the children.
Thank you to this community of military supporters for making fun and safe USO events like this possible!
