Friend, if there's one thing you can count on, it's that I'll never back down from our fight for the Dignity of Work – the idea that hard work should pay off for everyone, no matter what kind of work you do. 

Protecting the wages and benefits that working families have earned through their work is my top priority – which is why I've introduced legislation to strengthen Social Security, safeguard pensions, and make sure benefits keep up with the cost of living. 

But Republicans have proposed plans to gut Social Security and strip millions of Americans of their hard-earned benefits, and all they need to do to flip the Senate and get that done is defeat me.

So that's why I'm personally reaching out to you today: Will you chip in $5 or more to help us win this race and keep up the fight for the Dignity of Work?

I've been visiting communities across Ohio, talking to folks about the upcoming election and what kind of country we want to live in. And I'll tell you what – I haven't heard a single Ohioan tell me they want to raise the retirement age for Social Security, eliminate overtime protections, or increase prescription drug prices.

But that's exactly what Republicans plan to do. They have a plan, and now they're flooding Ohio with record-breaking amounts of money to defeat me and make it a reality.

I hate to say it, but we're being outspent on TV, and now polls show me statistically tied with my MAGA opponent.

Friend, I want to continue to fight for the people who make this country work, but there's no way I'll be able to fight back against the GOP's slew of attack ads against me without your help.
