John,
Race Forward has already provided $20,000 in scholarships for our public
racial equity trainings

in 2024 and the demand will only increase before year end.
We know that training alone cannot bring us to a just, multiracial
democracy, but it is an integral way to build shared understanding,
skills, and tools for racial equity to solve real-world issues.
That's why Race Forward has an organizational commitment to subsidize
the cost of racial equity trainings , which we do in two ways.
A sliding scale payment option–based off of organizational budget size
Full scholarships that cover 100% of the cost of a training
We believe everyone should have the opportunity for real-time training
and feedback around racial equity, regardless of ability to pay.
Because talking about systemic racism can be difficult.
Because being the first person to bring up racial equity at your
workplace or community group can feel daunting.
Because even for people and organizations that have been doing racial
equity work for a long time, it requires ongoing rigor, trust, and
discipline to continually transform our policies and institutions into
spaces where racial justice can thrive.
Donate to support training scholarships today.
