John, defending our Senate majority and flipping the House still wouldn’t be enough to defend abortion access.
If Donald wins in November, even without Congress, there are two avenues he could take to restrict, limit, or even ban abortion nationwide.

Even without Congress, Donald has two avenues by which he could restrict or even ban abortion:
1) The Comstock Act: The GOP wants to use a centuries old law to make it illegal to mail instruments and medication used in abortion care.
2) Schedule F: If Donald replaces civil servants with his own loyalists, he could simply direct the FDA to revoke its approval of medication abortion.
There’s only one way to defend reproductive rights, and that’s by defeating the GOP up and down the ballot in November.
