John, On Monday, Governor Holcomb joined officials from Taylor University to
break ground and cut the ribbon in Upland, Indiana for a series of critical
revitalization projects.

The Main Street Mile, where Governor Holcomb broke ground, will connect the
town of Upland’s downtown business district with the Taylor campus.

Once finished, the Main Street Mile and new developments on Taylor’s campus
will drive productivity in Upland and increase enrollment at Taylor University!
