First, our client – a pastor – was told he could not reserve a community meeting room in his town's library to conduct Bible studies and hold grief support gatherings.

Then he arranged a Bible study in an open area of a public park. When he placed an informational ad in the local newspaper promoting the Bible study, the town bullied the paper into pulling the ad.

These are egregious constitutional violations.

We just took our first legal action, and we're ready to go to court if the town doesn't immediately comply with the law.
