It’s Lindsay again, Chris’s Campaign Manager.

I don’t know about you, but April has gone by in flash for me. Nevertheless, we’re closing in on the end of the month in just 2 days, so I wanted to check in about our April fundraising goal.

In order to hit the numbers we need, we still have $15,000 to raise before Thursday at midnight. Could you chip in to help us meet this goal, and keep running the best (virtual) campaign that we can? >> [link removed]

We aren’t sure how much longer social distancing rules will need to be in effect. But we do know that either way, we’re going to have an election in November, and we’re well-positioned to flip this seat from red to blue.

For the first time in a long time, CA-08 is a competitive district, and we’re confident that Chris is the candidate who can win—and deliver the experience and leadership we need to tackle the challenges that lie ahead.

But, we can’t do it with your support, because we know we’re up against a GOP establishment determined to maintain control of vulnerable seats like ours, especially as we’ve seen so many California districts flip from red to blue already.
