Hi John,

HOT OFF THE PRESSES, THIS IS BIG NEWS!

SCOTUS has allowed AZ law to go into effect- proof of citizenship will be required before voter registration happens!

This is BIG. This helps us THIS year.
That was the good news! But here's the bad news.

Democrat Secretary of State Adrian Fontes broke state law by changing the registration forms to require Social Security number instead of driver's license. The problem is, the Social Security Administration doesn't report citizenship status. So this was a move by Fontes to register illegals to vote in Arizona elections.

That is why we had to sue him.
Turns out Fontes has been busy. He also pushed out an Election Procedures Manual without public input.

Why does this matter?

Because that manual instructs elections officials across the state how to conduct the elections. Fontes has slipped some items in there blatantly against Arizona law. So we are suing him.
What a time to be an Arizona Senator. The AZGOP is also suing Katie Hobbs, for a bunch of executive orders trying to set the parameters of the election- orders that are illegal because the Constitution specifies that only State Legislatures can set the parameters of elections.

Not the Executive. Not the Secretary of State.

Back to court we go...
You know, I'm tired of people despairing that no one is doing anything about the stolen elections.

We have passed good laws that we can use to hold these lawless Dems accountable. We have taken the Dem governor and Secretary of State, as well as Maricopa County, to court several times. We are doing everything to move the ball as fast and as far as we can.

If you see the progress- see the wins- and want us to get more of them, then help me. Help me return to the Senate so we can finish this work together. The Senate Elections Committee did valuable work on election integrity- work that will affect AZ elections for years.

Want more? Help me!
Wendy Rogers, Lt Col USAF (ret)
Arizona State Senator
Arizona's 7th Legislative District
P.S. Arizona is paying attention to how well I can raise money - and how many patriots can support me. Will you help me show them how serious we are about election integrity?
