No matter what rhetoric or talking points the Democrats peddled at the DNC this week, there is surely a war happening in the Middle East between Israel and Iran. Furthermore, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have done a poor job of navigating our response to Iran’s aggression. Iran’s ‘Ring of Fire’ strategy has surrounded Israel, forcing them to defend themselves from every direction.


The Democrat’s have a twisted view of foreign policy and who our allies are. Now more than ever, we need strong, conservative leadership in Washington to protect America from our adversaries and bad actors. Today, I want to share with you my latest ad that is live on Maryland airwaves right now hitting far-Left Senate candidate Angela Alsobrooks for being weak on domestic crime and our enemies.

Driving the Week: Unsurprisingly, the Democrats sought to rewrite history this week at the DNC. The Biden-Harris Administration has made catastrophic decision after catastrophic decision – gutting America’s security and key international alliances – and yet are patting themselves on the back for their degradation of our position on the world stage. Here are just a few examples of how the Biden-Harris Administration has ripped apart our foreign policy and key relationships:



- The American withdrawal from Afghanistan was disastrous and a horrific failure of leadership by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
- Biden-Harris refuses to acknowledge the ‘Ring of Fire’ strategy Iran is using to obliterate our ally Israel.
- Biden has ignored our adversaries, turning a blind eye to the developing partnerships with various enemies of the U.S. as seen in the growing Russia-China axis.
- Biden lifted our sanctions on Venezuela’s Maduro, which has resulted in the despot committing violence against his own people and peddling outrageous and transparently false accusations against his political enemies.
- The Administration relies on smooth talking and diplomatic phone calls to deal with China, instead of actually being tough.
- Kamala Harris failed her task to secure the southern border so foreign agents and known terrorists couldn’t illegally enter the U.S.
- Biden-Harris has pushed back on Israel’s right to self-defense, defaulting support for Hamas.
- Biden put a price tag on American lives by exchanging foreign criminals for innocent, kidnapped Americans.

I joined NEWSMAX to discuss the Taliban’s growing presence in Afghanistan.

Critical Context: While the American government isn’t giving the Taliban resources directly, recent reporting tells us that we are funding U.N. agencies that are aiding the Taliban directly. Congress needs to take a look at this and take action. The Taliban is illegitimate and is hosting bad actors like Al Qaeda and ISIS-K, we must cut them off.

My Final Word: We ought to be supporting the legitimate Afghan resistance groups. If the Taliban are allowed to continue, Afghanistan will continue to be a refuge for terrorists and even invite the Chinese in.

Critical Context: The Biden Administration has been “making progress” on ceasefire talks between Israel and Hamas for upwards of five months. A ceasefire in Gaza is not going to fix the problems in the Middle East. Until the leaders in this country are willing to identify Iran as the chief terrorist and nuclear threat in the region and beyond, this war is going to continue.

My Final Word: It’s a mistake to assume that a Trump second term is going to have the same policy and attitude on our adversaries as the first Trump term. It’s hard to quantify Trump’s interest in making a deal with anyone, which is why I think the Israelis will act now to retaliate against Iran rather than waiting to see if Trump wins in November.
