The Department of Social and Health Servies, Aging and Long-Term Support Administration, Home and Community Services division filed rules with the Washington State Code Reviser's Office in August. *CR-101 Preproposal Statement of Inquiry

*New chapter 388-05B WAC, Electronic Visit Verification System Requirement and other related rules as may be required. Filed as WSR 24-18-008 [ [link removed] ] on August 22, 2024. 

*CR-103P Rule Making Order (Adopted Rules) 

*Rules relating to Residential Long-Term Care Services Training were adopted. These sections included amendments in WAC 388-112A-0010(3) which is incorrect and should be which is incorrect and should be WAC 388-112A-0010 (36), references (2)(a)(i) and (ii) dealing with alternative curriculum reference date which is no longer needed, and changing numbers in subsections over ten to numerals.
