John, the Democratic National Convention is wrapping up, and we officially have our candidates for the presidential election: Team Harris-Walz for the Democratic ticket and Team Trump-Vance for the Republican ticket.

There's no doubt that this election is a watershed moment for our movement. 

We have a chance to elect leadership who will listen to what the majority of voters have spent years asking for and pass meaningful, sensible legislation to prevent gun violence.  

Or, we could end up with another four years of elected officials beholden to the gun lobby, continuing to pass the buck on gun violence at the cost of hundreds of thousands of lives.

That's why our team is conducting this urgent straw poll to confirm what gun safety advocates like you think. We need to hear from 1,000 supporters before midnight tonight, so please, don't delay in submitting your response:
