Silly technical arguments aside, the end result of the court's ruling is the further erosion of reproductive rights in yet another deep red state, where elected officials are quite clearly terrified to let the people have their collective voices heard. In one red state after another, when given the chance, voters step up to preserve and defend a woman's right to make her own healthcare choices. We're gonna have to do this at the federal level, people. We must deliver Democratic majorities in the House and Senate to give our future president, Kamala Harris, the chance to enshrine reproductive freedom for every American. Leaving this up to the states and morally bankrupt Republicans is simply not an option.

All evidence suggests non-citizens rarely attempt to cast a ballot illegally, but Republicans aren't going to let pesky facts get in the way of their demagoguery and fearmongering, no! The truth is, they cannot win on actual policy prescriptions or their abysmal track record; fear is the only arrow left in the quiver.
