Amy has been fighting for years to remove barriers to voting so that every eligible American can exercise their constitutional right. She’s introduced the Register America to Vote Act which would require every state to register eligible citizens to vote when they turn 18, the Same Day Registration Act which would allow people to register to vote on Election Day and has urged action to make all polling places fully accessible to people with disabilities.

Now Amy has joined Senator Ron Wyden to introduce the National Disaster and Emergency Ballot Act (NDEBA), which would expand early voting and ensure that every American can cast a ballot by mail. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, this important bill would ensure that no one has to choose between staying healthy and exercising their right to vote.

Voting by mail is secure and easy to do -- and it has broad support. Michelle Obama, Stacey Abrams and Voto Latino have already endorsed Amy’s plan!
