In his inaugural speech at the National Day Rally on 18 August, Prime Minister Lawrence Wong ([link removed]) spoke about charting a new way forward - a refreshed Singapore dream, where every Singaporean can thrive and flourish in their own terms, in ways that are less prescribed and determined, more open and adventurous.
