Beans on Toast handpicks the line-up from his favourite songwriters and bands on the planet, and then hosts the day itself playing two shows, opening and closing the event. The line-up features: Will Varley, Black Water County, Samantics, Rioghnach Connolly & Ellis Davies (Honeyfeet), Lady Nade, Jack Francis, and Bassie Gracie.

The Beach is hosting a charity day this Sunday in support of The Little Ted Foundation and MilesForMainey, with the chance to win some incredible prizes including a signed Nottingham Forest shirt and panto tickets.

There'll be entertainment at the Beach Bar from DJ Haze and Natalie Robinson this weekend, plus there's the final movie night at 6pm on Monday with "Grease", and salsa dancing from 6pm on Tuesday evening.

Entry to the festival is free and car parking charges apply. You can also travel to the festival for free via Stagecoach's Sherwood Arrow bus from Nottingham city centre, which is offering free journeys over the bank holiday weekend.

The Notts Street Food Festival returns to Trent Bridge this bank holiday weekend.

The home of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club will welcome 20 of the county and city's most celebrated independent food traders to its concourses, with cuisines ranging from South American to Asian available.

A host of Trent Bridge's renowned bars will be open, and there'll be live music performed at the venue's Trent Bridge Inn Courtyard throughout the event.
