*Purpose:* The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is proposing to widen State Highway (SH) 158 between Wadley Avenue and Sinclair Avenue, in Midland County, Texas. This notice is affording an opportunity to comment as part of the environmental review process for this project. If you are a property owner, you are receiving this notice because records indicate that you own property that is adjacent to the project.
