John: It's Angus King.
My Senate colleague representing Wisconsin, Tammy Baldwin, is up for reelection in 74 days. I’ll explain why your support is critical to help her win, but the most important thing to know is that her race will be close. And I mean really close.
Wisconsin is a solid purple state. While that means Tammy’s no stranger to working across the aisle to find common ground, it also means that elections are often won by less than a percentage point. Will you split a $10 contribution between her campaign and mine to help us get our message out and keep honest, effective leadership in the Senate?
If you have an ActBlue account, your donation will be immediately split between Tammy Baldwin and Angus King. |
Tammy and I have more in common than our love for cats (although that’s a big one). Even though she’s a Democrat and I’m an Independent, we share the same mission of standing up for farmers, veterans, and working families. And it’s led us to accomplish great things:
- When the VA denied coverage for health problems caused by toxic chemical exposure in the line of duty, we worked across the aisle to pass the bipartisan PACT Act, which expands coverage for our veterans to include exposure to toxic chemicals.
- We joined forces to pass (by one vote!) the historic Inflation Reduction Act, which, among other things, lowers the price of insulin and caps out-of-pocket drug costs for Medicare recipients, as well as saving Medicare itself billions on prescription drugs.
There’s one more thing Tammy and I both have in common: we’re both counting on grassroots support like yours to help us get our messages out and ensure voters show up to the polls. Will you help us by splitting a $10 contribution to our campaigns?

Thank you, John.

P.S. We can’t afford to lose hardworking Senators like Tammy Baldwin, who work every day to deliver results for their constituents. Will you help us continue to make a difference for all Americans by chipping in $10 to our campaigns now?
